Welcome to PhotoByte-AI, the mobile application that offers a rich collection of images, including those indexed from Google, generated by artificial intelligence, and various copyright-free sources. By accessing or using our app, you agree to adhere to the following image usage policy.

In general, PhotoByte-AI does not claim copyrights of images stored. We source best quality copyright free images for our users. We thank to the contributors of such open source image repositories. Additionally, We do not collect or retain any user information.

Images available in the application are free to use/edit/share.  PhotoByte-AI doesn’t claim any copyrights. For more details please read the full PhotoByte-AI Policy.

 

1. Copyright and Source Attribution

 

• Copyright-Free Images: We do our best to source best quality copy-right free images for our users. We specially thank all the contributors of open source image repositories for their valuable contributions. We don’t claim copyrights of any image in our application.
• AI-Generated Images: Images produced by AI technology are derivatives created based on multiple data inputs. These images are created by AI services based on prompts provided by users. PhotoByte-AI doesn’t store user’s prompt. User’s input is processed/retained according to the policy of AI service.
• Google Images: Images sourced from Google are provided via the Google Images. Users are responsible for verifying the copyright status of these images before use, especially in commercial contexts. PhotoByte-AI doesn’t store any user input on Google images or corresponding results from Google.

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users. If you believe that any content on our app violates your copyright, please contact us at contact@photobyte-ai.online., and we will address the issue as soon as possible.

 

 

 

3. User Consent for AI Images

• Users who upload images on PhotoByte-AI to create variants based on prompts, grant us permissions to share image and prompts with AI services to create image variants. AI services process the provided data according to their policy. PhotoByte-AI doesn’t store user’s provided images/inputs. Neither we store, images created by AI services.

 

4. Disclaimer

• PhotoByte-AI does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or copyright status of images sourced from external providers or uploaded by users. We disclaim all liability for any copyright infringements or legal issues resulting from the use of images obtained through our app.

 

5. Privacy Policy

• PhotoByte-AI doesn’t collect user information, data, or any other information. Usage of AI is described in section 3 above.
